Terms and Conditions for the Ketamine Preparation Protocol (KPP)

1. Overview

The Ketamine Preparation Protocol (KPP) is a self-paced online educational course designed to help individuals prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for a legal, medically supervised ketamine experience. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for licensed psychiatric care.

By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

KPP includes access to:

Pre-recorded video content
Written exercises and downloadable guides
Optional participation in live coaching calls (when offered)
Optional upgrades for 1:1 preparation support

All content is educational in nature and is meant to support personal preparation for a legal ketamine experience under medical supervision.

3. Not Medical or Psychiatric Advice

The KPP course is not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

You acknowledge that Anna Krishtal is not acting as a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or therapist in providing this course.
You are solely responsible for consulting with a licensed provider regarding whether ketamine treatment is safe or appropriate for you.

If you are in acute mental health distress, please contact your healthcare provider or a crisis line immediately.

4. Legal Release and Personal Responsibility

By participating in KPP, you understand and agree that:

You take full responsibility for your decisions, participation, and the results of applying this material.
You release Anna Krishtal and any affiliated individuals or entities from all liability arising from your use or misuse of the materials.
You understand that insights, shifts, or results may vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Any group coaching sessions or shared community spaces are considered confidential containers. You agree to respect the privacy of other participants. However, full confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings. Recordings may be used internally for quality or training purposes unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within KPP, including videos, audios, workbooks, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Anna Krishtal. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission.

7. Payment, Refunds, and Access

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement or under a limited-time refund policy.
You will receive lifetime access to the current version of KPP unless otherwise stated.
Upgraded offerings (such as private sessions) may carry additional policies regarding rescheduling, expiration, or attendance.

8. Client Eligibility

This course is designed for individuals who:

Are 16 years of age or older
Are preparing for a legal ketamine treatment administered by a licensed provider
Are not in an active mental health crisis or under the influence of mind-altering substances during participation

Understand this course does not guarantee a particular experience or outcome

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal resolution first, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Travis County, TX.

10. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By enrolling in the Ketamine Preparation Protocol, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You are aware of the nature of this course and accept full responsibility for your participation.
